Required Equipment
Students are required to have personal freediving equipment suitable for cold water temperatures. Weights and safety equipment provided by instructor.
Low-Volume Mask
A low-volume freediving mask ensures easier equalization and a better seal during deep dives.
5-7mm Wetsuit
Two-piece open-cell wetsuits with integrated hoods for warmth and superior flexibility in cool waters.
5-7mm Neoprene Gloves
Keep hands warm and protected with specialized mitt-style gloves designed for extreme cold water training.
Freediving Snorkel
Simple J-style snorkel without purge valves for maximum safety and streamlined performance.
Rubber Weight Belt
A flexible rubber belt with quick-release buckle to maintain position and ensure emergency ditching.
5-7mm Neoprene Socks
